Q: Mr. de la Torre, this beautiful property in Colima has been in your family for many years. Can you tell us what you believe are the most desirable aspects of your property as well as those of the surrounding community of Tecaunillo and the city of Tecoman? A: This property, acquired by my family over 60 years ago, has many characteristics that make it ideal for developing a residential and touristic project, it’s truly unique in this region; I’m talking about its climate, the natural environment, the beautiful palm trees that surround it, the beach, which is a 2 km private virgin beach. We pretend to integrate this project with the community of Tecuanillo and Tecomán so they can all benefit from the potential that this property has to offer.
