Proposed Statutory Inspection by CRS (Commission of Railway Safety) of the Newly laid Broad Gauge Line between Linganabandi and Kushtagi stations as a part of Gadag Jn - Talakal Jn - Wadi Jn Section 😍 March 28th, 2025 Yelaburga, Linganabandi and Kushtagi, KA Our Own SWR's HUBBALLI [UBL] WDP 4D #40521 with 2 Coaches (ICF SLR Coach + LHB Oscillation Monitoring System/Observation Car) were used for the Inspection and Hi-speed trials of 120Kmph with Huge Dust Storming Action as depicted in Thumbnail Picture. This train clocked at a maximum speed of 125Kmph between Kushtagi and Linganabandi of Koppal District, Kalyana (North) Karnataka States /\ Presenting the video of light run which moved conveniently from SSS Hubballi Jn till Kushtagi at 70kmph with Namma SWR's HUBLI WDP 4B #40010 in Cab End Forward Mode in lead. Followed by the Trolley Inspection which was not covered here. Speed trials of 120Kmph was captured with UBL WDP 4D 40521 in Cab-2 forward mode was leading till Linganabandi. Later, UBL WDP 4B 40010 in LHF Mode with other Inspection Cars notching upto 70Kmph till Linganabandi. And Finally, the entire CRS rake with 2 Loco's attached at either ends continued back to Hubballi Jn via Yelburga, Kuknoor,Talakal Jn and Gadag Jn. Comments and suggestions are most welcome.
