Philly Cheesesteak Bubble Up Casserole 1 pound ribeye steak, sliced thin (you an also use ground beef) 1 can of grands refrigerator biscuits 1 onion sliced 1 green bell pepper sliced mushrooms 1 block of cream cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup half and half or heavy cream 6 to 8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella Instructions Season beef and cook in skillet with peppers and onions until veggies are tender. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and half and half and cook until creamy. Cut biscuits into 6 to 8 pieces and scatter them in the bottom of a 9x13 greased baking dish. Pour steak mixture over top biscuits. Top with the slices of cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until biscuits are cooked and cheese is melted.
