It helps the listener become more motivated to create a tulpa. It focuses much more heavily on the tulpa’s sentience and independence. It includes a segment where the tulpa is directly spoken to. It includes parallel processing and vocality exercises. Who should use this? Anyone who has not started creating a tulpa, but has at least a basic idea of what they want the tulpa’s form and personality to be.
