Vlog #3 | Our first Christmas in our new home! & New Year's Eve in St Ives

Our very first Christmas in our new home was everything we hoped for! 🎄✨ We were lucky enough to both have some time off over the Christmas break, so we really made the most of Stephen being back from the Scillies. It was so lovely to have family visit us - there was plenty of food, drinks, coastal walks, and even a few sea swims! It felt really special to spend Christmas Day in our own home for the first time - even if we were pretty poor at keeping to timings and dinner was a few hours late... For New Year's Eve, we started the celebrations at home before heading down into town. We’ve celebrated NYE in St Ives a few times before, but this was by far the best yet; living just up the road makes such a difference! If you’ve never been, it’s a huge fancy dress street party and always such a fun atmosphere. Spending it with our friends and family made it even better, and we’re already looking forward to next year. It was the perfect way to wrap up our first few months in the house before the usual routine starts back up in January. In this vlog: Hosting family for the first time in our new house.
