Chest Mount The chest mount is great if you need a low angle and if the main focus are your hands or something you hold in your hands. It is also great to use if you need a stable and comfortable mount. Shoulder Mount The shoulder mount is great for all lazy people who just want to mount their GoPro as fast as possible. Mouth Mount This GoPro POV Mount is one of my favorite ones to make specific POV videos with, like backflips into the water. Since you cannot talk with the mouth mount it's only great for shorter videos, that's why the settings are also completely different compared to the chest mount. Head Mount With this mount you can get really crazy POV angles and if you bend your GoPro towards the ground, everything looks higher as it is.
