So excited for Pichu to be in Ultimate! Sadly there hasn't been much footage of the best Pokemon to have ever been in Smash. (don't @ me). Here is a compilation of all the Pichu gameplay there is released SO FAR (plus Pichu in Smashdown) . . . I've never calculated frame data before but here is what I've found for Pichu. This is based on the footage from all the directs and Pichu's trailer so its not the final game and they could have also sped it up for the trailers.
