Cook over a medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and bring the mix to a boil. Keep stirring until the raspberries have softened. Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool down completely. Strain the mix through a fine sieve to remove pulp and seeds. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge. COCKTAIL RECIPE Place all the ingredients apart from the rum 151 in a cocktail mixer & shake. Strain into a glass and carefully spoon the rum 151 over the surface of the cocktail. Set it on fire and enjoy some La Fiamma magic. Can add white luster dust if you want the cocktail to sparkle. ALSO WORKS AS A REFRESHING 'MOCKTAIL' without alcohol if you leave out the rum! Just don't try and set it on fire! Adapted from the Dragons Blood Cocktail invented by Dini K. on her website www.theflavorbender.com.
