What kind of projects CAN I use your music in? – You can use our music in films, animations, YouTube videos, live streams, video games, podcasts, and other similar projects. – Our music is royalty free and copyright safe so you can use it in your project, just credit us “music by Auravibes Radio @ClearwindFellowship”. You must credit us in the video description or somewhere equivalent based on your platform of choice. We’re not super familiar with Meta platforms or TikTok so we’re not sure the best place to put the attribution. – Try to make the attribution link back to our YouTube channel. If the link doesn’t work, don’t worry too much about it, we’re just happy you try to get it right. 2. What can I NOT use your music in? – Music projects like sampling in your song, recording vocals over our music, or re-releasing our music even if you do it under a different name/title. That last one is super not cool, please don’t be that person. – If you use our music in your project, you CANNOT sell/distribute the soundtrack separately. For example, you cannot upload the music soundtrack of your project to Spotify with our music included. Podcasts and the like are an exception obv. – Your project needs to be transformative in some way. Recording some VO at the beginning and then playing the music unchanged is basically just a re-upload and isn’t cool. 3. How do I credit you? – “Music by Auravibes Radio @ClearwindFellowship” is fine. You can put the song title too if you like. – When using our music, you must put the credit in the description or equivalent based on the platform. 4. Can I record vocals on your music and upload to Spotify, Apple Music etc.? – No 5. Can I use your music in videos/projects that are monetized? – Yes 6. Why did I get a copyright claim when using your music? – It is either something else in your video, FB or Twitch being overly sensitive with their copyright detection software, or you have not credited us properly. You must credit us in the video description when using our music in a video on YouTube. – If you have a proper accreditation, a dispute should clear up pretty quickly. – We are working on a way to help prove you have permission to use our music aside from just the credit but we don’t have any yet. We’ll update the description when we figure it out.
