As Luigi places the 14th floor elevator button, Hellen Gravely’s mischievous pet steals it and launches one last chase across the hotel. Using the Dark-Light Device, Luigi tracks Polterkitty through multiple floors. The hunt begins in the Fitness Center, where Luigi fends off a group of ghosts before facing the cat in its ferocious panther form. After removing one of its remaining tails, Polterkitty escapes through the floor. The chase continues in The Spectral Catch, with a showdown on the beach beside the haunted pirate ship. Luigi strips away another tail, but the ghostly feline slips away yet again. With help from Polterpup, Luigi finally corners Polterkitty in the Twisted Suites, where the creature’s reflexes are sharper than ever. With precise timing and a well-placed strobe, Luigi captures Polterkitty at last—this time for good. The Poltergust-G00 swallows the troublemaker, and Luigi finally reclaims the 14th floor elevator button.
