Most people buy a Gaggia Classic to make coffee. I bought one to solve a puzzle. This machine arrived at my door as a literal "bag of parts"—the previous owner took it apart to [fix a leak/clean the boiler] and simply gave up. In this video, we go through the entire reassembly process: mounting the boiler, wiring the switches, installing the pump, and seeing if this "parts machine" can still pull a god-shot.
