Old 1-3 with dawn blade cannot be used anymore in speed runs because caretaker can be killed in one plate on first floor. Before arc 3.0 most teams used to go for the two floor since it was a lot more consistent. But now one floor one plate caretaker is easy to do with just 4 titans on storm nades. This reduces the amount of time the 1-3 skipper has by a lot. The best old 1-3 skip from caretaker final stand room to exhibition was 1:36. The entire caretaker encounter can now be completed faster than that. So the only way to have both a one floor one plate caretaker and a 1-3 skip is to somehow do 1-3 on well. This new skip takes around 11 seconds longer to get to death spot than previous 1-3. But since you gain so much time by having a 1-3 with a one floor one plate caretaker, it is an overall huge time save.
