500+ participants came together in Antalya for the 6th International Medical Supply Chain Management Congress, where public institutions, academia, industry, and international stakeholders met around a shared goal: strengthening the “Productive Health Ecosystem.” The opening program featured key contributions from H.E. Assoc. Prof. Şuayıp Birinci, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, Şinasi Candan, Director General of the Turkish State Supply Office (DMO), Metin Demir, President of SEİS, and Veysi Cengiz Balçık, Board Member of TÜMDEF, highlighting strategic priorities such as local production, sustainable supply, public–industry collaboration, and data-driven management models. The Congress welcomed invited officials and institutional representatives from many countries, including Albania, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, TRNC, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkmenistan, North Macedonia, Oman, Algeria, Ghana, and Nigeria, creating a strong platform for cross-country cooperation and knowledge exchange in medical supply. Throughout the program, 13 panels and 3 workshops were held; Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TMMDA) delivered 13 trainings and hosted 2 launches, while the General Directorate of Public Hospitals of the Ministry of Health contributed 4 trainings.
