Hello dear patients. Today we are going to review the clinical case presented on the picture – these are small condylomas of glans penis. Patient came to our clinic after multiple visits to other clinics and dermatovenerologic dispensaries. He noted growth of small neoplasms in the base of glans penis. Many doctors observed this patient and told him that these are pink papules. Generally speaking, pink papules are a variant of normal, you can watch a separate video on our channel about what it is. He noted their increase in number and he noted that their growth exceeded the borders of normal growth. So, we did observation in dermatoscope and as a result it was found out that together with usual pink papules, there are condylomas acuminatas in the same localization, they were of small size. You can see it on the picture. Analyses for human papillomavirus were taken and as a result of them, 11th type of human papillomavirus was found in high concentration. So, immunogram and general blood analysis were done. Corresponding therapy was prescribed based on this analysis and all such neoplasms were removed together with pink papules as some elements were quite difficult to distinguish even by dermatoscope. So, together with the patient it was decided to remove all suspicious elements and we had to make sure that all elements were removed and a person is much less contagious then before when he had such elements. Then, a corresponding anti-viral and immune therapy was done and it also gave an effect. So, the patient was discharged, he is on dynamic observation and concentration of virus is decreasing at the present time. His female partner was also examined and she was given recommendations about diagnostics and treatment.
