It takes about 3 hours to cross the Cook Strait, travelling about 90km to connect up the North Island to the South Island. Blue Bridge have a ferry that goes in both directions, either Wellington to Picton or Picton to Wellington. We're obviously going North Island to South Island today and won't need the return trip because we're going to fly back from Queenstown. So how is it taking a campervan onboard the ferry? Honestly, ridiculously easy.
