Thank you for watching. Today was the coldest day of this winter, with temperatures dropping to −5°C. Snow piled up more than it has in years, making it a very cold day. In this video, I share a very ordinary winter day in Japan. From a snowy morning and going out to vote, to a coffee break, a homemade lunch my wife cooked, and a quiet evening at home. At night, I tried a beginner yoga routine for the first time. I couldn’t really do it well, but it was a calm and relaxing way to end the day. Life isn’t perfect, and neither am I.
