Strongly wanted and promoted by Rita Levi-Montalcini, the declaration anticipates the radical changes we are now facing, more than 30 years later, proving to be a very progressive document. Today is relaunched by the International Council of Human Duty, whose President and Secretary presented it on October 16 at Regeneration 20|30 in Parma. An appeal more relevant than ever, ready to be extended, subscribed and adopted by institutions all over the world.
