In this video we will discuss entry level Body Weight rows. These will be done with feet on the ground, and we will adjust the ring height as a tool to scale the difficulty as you build pulling strength. Ensure that you fully protract the shoulders at the bottom, and squeeze/ retract at the top. Full range of motion to develop full strength. Sometimes weakness in the arms contributes to inability to perform pull-ups, and these rows are a great way to help build pulling strength in the arms while pulling less than full Bodyweight.
