No machine, no stress, just mix and freeze, A yummy treat that’s super easy to please. using just few ingredients make delicious #icecream here is the detail recipe: #homemade Oreo & Custom Ice Cream Recipe Ingredients: 🍦1 cup (250 ml) Amul whipping cream (chilled) 🍦1/2 cup condensed milk(adjust to taste)(ive added 2 times 1/3 but it became oversweet so 1/2 cup would be enough) (over that add according to taste) 🍦1/2 tsp vanilla essence 🍦1 small pack Oreo (10 Rs pack, about 5-6 cookies) Optional toppings: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, mango chunks, nutella etc. Instructions: Crush the Oreos: 🍦Break the Oreos into small chunks (keep some for topping, if you like). Whip the cream: 🍦Using a hand beater or whisk, whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form. Mix the base: 🍦Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla essence until smooth. Divide the mixture: 🍦Split the ice cream base into two halves. In one half, fold in the crushed Oreos. 🍦In the other half, add any toppings you like — such as chocolate chips, coconut, or mango chunks. 🥶Freeze: Pour both mixtures into separate containers.
