Starts just next to the house and heads downhill to the sea. Then you climb back up to the house and near the start. You run past the house along the path and then turn left back down to the sea. Run along the shoreline until you get to where you first saw the sea and then head back uphill to the finish. Course Notes: Lovely long gentle downhill to start. Then a shorter steeper climb back upto the house. A long flat section as you go past the house befire a steeper downhill section back to the sea. Then you run along the shoreline before heading back uphill to the finish. A tough course in parts and underfott it can be gravel, grass, dirt paths. So much to see as you run around.
