Hudson agreed to the interview having read Sandra's Playgirl interview with Richard Harris. The interview took place at Universal Studios commissary where Hudson and Shevey were joined by Hudson's press agent and then partner. Of all the men Shevey interviewed, Rock Hudson was the most handsome. He was breathtaking, absolutely breathtaking. When Shevey rang his house later that night to follow up with a few questions, she was surprised to discover that the press agent was also his partner and apparently living there with Hudson. Hudson shortly thereafter died of AIDS.
