Didn’t expect the night to be that good

Today started pretty normal and ended up better than expected. I took Lily’s friend Bronte to work, got into the warehouse and sorted everything that needed doing, then headed home. Later on we went out to what’s basically an open mic for bands — and it was actually really good. Nothing forced, nothing planned for content. Just a normal day that turned into a decent night.
