Ureterocele | Enlarge prostate | Urinary Bladder abnormality Liver: Normal in size shape. Homogeneous parenchymal echo pattern. Intrahepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Intrahepatic vessels appear normal. No evidence of any focal lesion is detected in the liver. Gall Bladder: Normal in size & shape with smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. Porta Hepatis: CBD caliber is within normal limit at his age. No abnormality could be detected within the lumen of the CBD. Portal vein appears normal. Spleen: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline, Parenchymal echo appears normal. Pancreas: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Visualized parenchyma appears normal. Main pancreatic duct is not dilated. Kidneys: Both Kidneys are normal in position, shape and size. Bipolar length Right kidney 10.11cm and Left kidney 9.84 cm. Cortico-medullary differentiation is normal in both kidneys with normal cortical echogenity. Echogenic renal sinuses are normal on both sides. No evidence of hydronephrosis, mass lesion or calculus is seen on either side. Ureters are not dilated. Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. A round, constant filling defect at the right sided ureteral orifice measuring 9.7mm. Prostate: Enlarge in size. It shows homogenous echotexture with smooth and intact capsule. It measures –Volume: 30.87 ml. 1. Enlarge prostate. (30.54 ml) 2. Right sided ureterocele measuring 9.7mm.
