Evening Trains at Basingstoke - SWML - 30th September 2024

Hello and welcome to my subscribers and to those who have visted my channel to view my latest video. On this windy Monday evening on last day of September, I visited Basingstoke Station for few hours of filming, which is situated on South Western Mainline. I really enjoyed been here, despite the wind that make my filming a bit tricky. But I managed to get some great catches. Views are really good on both ends of Platform, even the long stretched line looking towards Winchester & Southampton, and the other long track towards London and the curve line towards Reading. Facilities are really good, there are few coffee shops on Platform 2, 3 & 4, and on lower level. Train that are featured are SWR 444, 450, DMU 158 / 159, Cross Country Voyager 220 221, GWR 165, Freight Class 66, Class 70 and Network Rail Cleaning Train.
