Bluetooth speakers are a dime a dozen these days so it can be hard to find one that is built well, with good solid specs and performance. The Blitzwolf F1 fills every need in the marketplace by being a good, solid middle price point product. In the video I compare it to the standard Earson BT speaker. You see the Earson all over the internet and it is a good basis for comparison. I also compare it to the JBL flip a lot, because it has similar specs. The Blitzwolf is the best of both worlds, low-end price point like the Earson, but high end features like the JBL. Feature set is closer to the Flip than anything, with it's dual 5W drivers, but I found the battery life of the F1 to be substantially better than the 5hrs the flip is rated at. I go through every form of A2DP handset feature testing in the video. It performs flawlessly for both music player control like Pandora, Slacker, iTunes, etc and Handsfree Calling. Sound quality is on par with the JBL Flip. Sound is reproduced well across the whole frequency range. Bass does not overpower or vibrate the speaker at all. Higher frequencies are full and not clipped out or tinny. My only complaint with sound quality is actually the built-in Bluetooth connection sounds. To me they sound tinny and cheesy. I know from testing though that this is just the sound files they used and not the ability or quality of the speaker. Overall design is good. The rectangular shape allows it to kind of fit in a pocket, but also makes it fall over easier. It is water resistant. I took it in the shower and bath multiple times, getting it thoroughly wet. Just dry it off if it gets wet and set it up on one end to drain any water that got through the speaker grills. The true water resistance of it comes from the dual material design. If you take it apart, you fill find an inner, plastic sound chamber that houses all of the electronics. Water can't get into this chamber as easily, so your primary water intrusion point is the USB and headphone jacks, which are covered by a silicone flap. If you do happen to drop it in water, just set it on the end with the ports and let it drain. Conclusion: Like the other Blitzwolf products I have reviewed, this speaker is a well engineered and thought out device of great quality and performance. Easily worth its price point! Pros: Great Sound Reproduction and Response 2 5W Drivers in a Sound Chamber to Give you Deep and Stable Bass Flawless A2DP Audio Control and Handsfree Calling Better Battery Life Than the JBL Flip Easy to Use Sleek, Elegant and Attractive Design Cons: Built-In Power on and Connect Sounds are Cheesy Falls Over Easily ~~What is That Smiley Bobble Head on My Desk?~~ • Solar Powered Desktop Emoji ~Nohohon~ Smil... ~~Support the Channel~~ Subscribe & Hit the Thumbs-Up Button (This Helps the Video Show up in Search Results) Use My amazon and ebay links Throw Some Bills in the Tip Jar.
