In Episode #7 I get the chance to show you guys yet another one of my favorite pieces in my art collection. The 2019 Limited Edition release of the KAWS sculpture Along The Way. The sculpture is made in conjunction with a well known company called Medicom Toy and the quality is incredible. The collectibles are a smaller version of the original sculpture by KAWS. KAWS is one of the most famous artists in the world and recently did an exhibition at The Brooklyn Museum. He started his career as a street and graffiti artist and has advanced his works through the highest levels of modern art. He continues to do a lot of canvas work and he was one of the artists that pioneered the collectible toy culture / movement with his OG companions way back in the day. I bought this piece for my personal collection in 2020 and it comes in a few other color ways. #KAWS #AlongTheWay #StreetArt #KawsArt What do you guys think of the piece?
