Apologies for the absolute AIDs framerate in parts, the opening cinematic is particularly bad. Today I decided to take a quick look at Agony. From what i've read it was widely poorly received by critics, due to often repetitive and sometimes annoying puzzles and bad level design. It's almost universally agreed however, that where this game does shine is in its tone and setting. The visual design of the world and its set pieces are something to behold to fans of overt gore and grotesque imagery. It's certainly metal as fuck. "Agony UNRATED is a first-person, survival horror set in hell. You will begin your journey as a tormented soul within the depths of hell without any memories about your past.
