Not only is this machine capable of bending up to 3 inch OD material, but it can also expand and reduce tubing, and form exhaust ball joints and slip joints. Included in the HB-10 package is the model 1600 bender, and tooling for bending and creating joints for exhaust tubing from 1-1/2 to 3 inch OD. Additional options allow for bending exhaust brackets, bending square tubing, and even crushing oil filters for recycling. The bender's 58,000 lbs of bending force is controlled with a convenient knee-pad control that leaves the operator's hands free for material positioning.
