Investing In A Personal Trainer , Has To Be the most amazing thing that I have done for myself in a very long time & this move has become my best move after relocating me in my son to a whole new living environment. *right at the middle of the school year. @bodybyhal has been AMAZING & over time this far she has definitely helped me unlock a whole new character 🙂‍↕️😈 I’m learning what my body can do , learning how to properly push myself forward & most importantly push past those limiting beliefs & the mindset of stopping at what I think “ I can’t “ get done.
