How to Clone Yourself using Adobe Premiere Pro 1. Using a tripod, record yourself in different places, within the same scene. Don't stop recording until you have moved to the different areas. 2. Import the recorded clip into Adobe Premiere Pro 3. Cut the clips down to small moments in time. 4. Place the clip that contains yourself on the far left of the screen area onto the top track. (in this example, I have used three different locations, so the the far left clone will go on Video Track 3) Place the clip with the middle clone onto Video Track 2. Place the clip that has the clone on the far right of the screen onto Video Track 1. Make sure the duration of each clip is the same. 5. Find the Effects tab/window and search for the Crop filter. Drag the Crop filter onto the three clips. 6. Double click on the top track (V3 clip), go to the Effects Controls tab/window, open the Crop filter, you will see Left, Top, Bottom, and Right options for Crop, and also Edge Feather. Click on the "triangle" to open up the disclosure triangle for "Right". Drag "Right" slider until you see both the middle and left side clones on the screen at the same time. You made need to adjust the Edge Feather to blend both video clips together (so the line down the screen is not as noticeable). 7. Double click on the middle track, (V2 clip), go to the Effects Controls tab/window, open the Crop filter, you will see Left, Top, Bottom, and Right options for Crop, and also Edge Feather. Click on the "triangle" to open up the disclosure triangle for "Right". Drag "Right" slider until you see both the right side and middle clones on the screen at the same time. You made need to adjust the Edge Feather to blend both video clips together (so the line down the screen is not as noticeable). 8. Go to the Effects tab/window and search for the Brightness & Contrast filter. In the search area of Effects, type Brightness, and the Brightness & Contrast filter will appear. Drag the Brightness & Contrast filter onto all three video clips. Double click on Video Track 3, go to Effects Controls, find the Brightness and Contrast filter, open the disclosure triangles for both Brightness and Contrast. Adjust as needed.
