This is a gorgeous 1975 Mercedes-Benz 508d camper. I brought it to Reparadise (formerly Camper Reparadise - reparadise.co which is a camper and sprinter restore / customization shop in Salt Lake City) and the owner and marketing guy asked me to do a video tour for Insta. He emailed it to me, too, so here it is! I'd love to keep it but I have two other camper projects so asof now I'm taking offers. It is pretty clean and valuable (I'm told) in the USA. It is SO COOL, inside and out, especially in person, I get rubbernecked and/or thumbs up from at least a dozen folks literally every time I drive it. Specs and thoughts: Gorgeous 1975 Mercedes-Benz 508d Asking $18K. Open to Offers! Pre-Restoration shape, or use as is! Call Andre (435) 631 0021 cell with questions. Complete pics inside and out, here: https://andreshoumatoff.smugmug.com/C... Genuine German RV from day one! Almost zero water damage. Fairly easy to bring up to speed, as is. Near perfect mechanical shape – runs and drives great! OM314 3.7L 4 Cyl (non-turbo) diesel 5 speed manual - really a 4 speed with an underdrive Rear Wheel Drive Near New Tires (they were purchased a year ago but still had stickers on them when I began driving it. 100% all original other than these really cool steel aftermarket bumpers, front and rear. Drives sort of like a late 70’s VW bus, only bigger. Easy and maneuverable and good visibility. The World is your oyster if you wanted to modify it or modernize it. Possibly even convert to 4WD. Is is very easy to work on and/or modernize. Does not have power steering but could be added (Sagniaw approach or others), Use as is, with very minimal work, or redo it and probably ***always** get your money back with whatever you put into it! So it’s like a Sprinter or an old Airstream, except it will only go up in value!
