This paper attempts to describe the clinical and radiographic diagnostic features and the current treatment options along with a suggested protocol for comprehensive management of severe periodontal disease with case report and a brief review. In this report, periodontal treatment of a 56-year-old female patient with generalized severe #chronic #periodontitis is presented. The long-term success of the treatment of the complex cases with severe #chronicPeriodontitis depends significantly upon the proper control of the #periodontalInfection and the achievement of a stable #periodontal status.
