The second movement proceeds with chords and harmonies by 1st Koto and 2nd Koto. In the third movement, the theme of the piece is formed by the ensemble of both parts and the exchange of phrases. The song title OKOTO means “koto” Japanese instrument in Japanese. I used the Roman alphabet to express my respect for and familiarity with the instrument, the koto.
