Please feel free to give me advice. I am a beginner at using herbs. After being inspired by Susun Weed & the Herb Mentor, I have gotten passionate about growing and using herbs in my Wisconsin landscape. I have made several infused oils from my HOMEGROWN herbs. It is hard to pick a favorite. My herbs of choice TODAY are Comfrey & Calendula. I have been applying Comfrey Oil to my Bakers Cysts for 2 months. One has disappeared & the other which was much bigger is 2/3 gone. Yes, you must be persistent. And that I am. Will they reappear? That I do not know. Time will tell. Unless there is someone who can tell me. Calendula Oil mixed with unrefined, organic, cold pressed Coconut Oil I apply daily to my skin. My LONG WISCONSIN WINTER will enable me to have time to make healing salves, lip balms and body butters. My favorite tea TODAY is Lemon Verbena/Ginger Root/ fresh organic lemon/ honey. My herbs are stored in GLASS jars in my DARK basement. I look forward to using them all Winter long. :0) Please checkout & join my gardening website/blog. www.larksperennials.com Smiles, Lark
