A hike along the Belfast Trail takes me into the James River Face Wilderness, a part of the Jefferson National Forest. The trailhead is located near the town of Glasgow, in Rockbridge County, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. The trail is rocky and steep, and skirts the perimeter of a massive boulder field known as the Devil's Marbleyard. Some of the scree in this field is as large as a standard passenger car. It's not possible to fully appreciate the scale of this place on video, but hopefully you'll enjoy watching this video. Thanks for watching!
