This week's video is all about how to catch fish on soft plastic worms. The plastic worm has been utilized by anglers for decades and has rightfully earned its place as one of the most iconic Bass fishing lures of all time. While there is no shortage in variety when it comes to this legendary Bass fishing lure, in this week's video we're going to be focusing on the Ribbon Tail Worm, also commonly referred to as the "Curly Tail Worm". On day 1 we'll begin our bank fishing adventure on an absolutely stunning body of water and excellent Largemouth Bass fishery. We'll start out with the basics of worm fishing to include rigging and a couple basic worm fishing techniques before setting off on a small fishing adventure with our Texas Rigged soft plastic worm. Our target fish species will be Largemouth Bass however the area we're fishing holds a wide variety of fish species willing to eat plastic worms including Spotted Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Freshwater Drum, and Sauger. Throughout day one we'll be switching back and forth between spinning fishing gear and casting fishing gear while working with medium powered fishing rods. Summer Bass Fishing can be an absolute blast while fishing with plastic worms and I'll do my best to add in as many Bass fishing tips and Bass fishing tricks as possible. On day 2 we'll continue our shore fishing adventure on the exact same body of water with the same fishing gear and fishing lures. Picking up right where I left off, we'll continue bank fishing for Largemouth and Spotted Bass with our Curly tail worms and I'll do my best to explain how to find Bass while Bank fishing. As we continue to catch fish, I'll explain how to select the color of your soft plastic lures when it comes to the clarity of the water and any other Bank fishing tips and bass fishing tricks I can think of. The Final chapter f this video is the "Breaking Down the Bait" portion where we take a deep dive into the fishing gear or fishing lures used in the making of this video. In this video we'll be talking all about the Berkley Power Worm. We'll looks at this fishing baits specifications, performance, durability, and price before analyzing its strengths and weaknesses and rating it.
