For this woodturning project, I challenged myself to only use one gouge. I did the whole project with my 1/2 inch bowl gouge, and it turned out pretty good, aside from some tool marks on the inside of the bowl. I really focused on practicing my pull cuts, and while I still need some work I was able to improve a little.
