The Manosphere is an umbrella term that encompasses all of the various groups in the space of toxic masculinity: incels, pick-up artists, men going their own way, sigmas, and more. But the Manosphere didn't just pop up out of nowhere. It has a long history that begins farther back than most people likely know. It began with the Men's Liberation Movement and evolved into the Men's Rights Movement, and then took on new splintered forms with the rise of the internet and shadowy fringe forums like 4chan. This episode features some content that viewers might feel uncomfortable about. While I tried hard to make this content accessible to everyone, there are mentions of things that stupid angry men are known to do. Toxic masculinity, the Manosphere, incel culture, red pill and black pill philosophy, these are all things we need to understand in order to confront and deal with. Like in the hit show Adolescence on Netflix, the adults watching the violence occur have absolutely no clue about the underlying reason for it.
