In 1997, Midway Games put together a series of meetings with their distributors around a program they were calling "Distribution 2000" - the idea being that by working together, Williams/Bally/Midway/Atari and their distributors could develop that games that players would pour their money into, and the company and its distributors would all get rich. The tape is dated 8/14/1997. Two years later, they shut down Williams/Bally pinball, and a couple of years after that, the entire company was gone. So yeah, I guess this strategy didn't work :-( In addition to hearing from lots of company luminaries like Rachel Davies, Ken Fedesna, Neil Nicastro, Roger Sharpe, and MK's Tobias/Boon, there are also promo pieces for Off Road Challenge, TouchMaster, Medieval Madness, and Mortal Kombat 4.
