Recorded in real time with natural sounds. No music. No talking. This cinematic morning walk was filmed in the mountains of Mainalo, Greece, during a freezing winter morning at −4°C. I started walking before sunrise, drawn toward the soft light in the distance. I didn’t know how far it was — only that I wanted to reach it. As the sun slowly rose behind the clouds, the cold air, strong wind, and quiet landscape created a moment of deep stillness and awe. The sound of footsteps on snow, the wind moving through the trees, and the changing light are all captured naturally. Along the way, I encountered a few hikers and carefully avoided filming them face-to-face, out of respect. Because of the extreme cold and wind, I eventually turned back toward the mountain refuge, following the same path in silence. This walk is one of my personal favorites.
