House Hunting in Rocky Point Mexico - Puerto Penasco Vacation Homes, Townhomes, and Condos

In our travels to Puerto Penasco Mexico, we decided to look into purchasing a vacation home and went house hunting in Rocky Point. We had questions: What are the prices? What type of home would be best - single family, townhome, or condo? Are there any restrictions if we wanted to rent them out when we weren't in residence? Come along for the adventure! First place we checked out was Las Conchas. We love that area. It's a large area developed in Sections. Lots of beach front property, but really any of the homes are located within a short walk to the water. The first community we stopped at was the Residences in Las Conchas. This new build townhome community is a great find! While you're not right on the beach, you're just across the road from it. And you have rooftop views of the water. We really liked this community! In the video, we speak with Jason who gives us a lot of great information.   / residenceslasconchas   Next, we checked out the Bella Vista Townhomes. Located in the Sandy Beach area, these townhomes were the same developer as the Residences in Las Conchas. The location was closer to the action in town and a short drive from Sandy Beach. After that, we went and checked out homes in the Cholla Bay area in Rocky Point. Cholla Bay is one of the original areas for people looking to own a vacation home. It's got a few great restaurants (JJ's Cantina being one of them!). We stopped when we saw a house named the Casa De Booger-Picker for sale! This is where we stayed on this trip, and we think the community has a lot to offer.
