In this video I discuss the HRT Maximus Placard which is designed to attach to any rig that is one inch swift clip compatible. I use this placard on my Velocity Systems soft armor carrier that I use during SWAT overwatch operations. I have been using the Maximus placard for about two months and have found it to be an excellent piece of kit. To be clear HRT did NOT send me this placard to review.
