Sometimes the hardest thing about faith isn’t believing God exists—it’s recognizing how God is moving. When our sight is limited by assumptions, tradition, or familiarity, we can miss the very Spirit guiding us. In the first message of the Say Her Name series, we explore the Spirit of God through the biblical names Ruach and Pneuma—breath, wind, and life. Scripture often speaks of the Spirit with feminine language, reminding us that God’s activity cannot be reduced to the categories we are most comfortable with. This message invites us to look again at the Spirit who creates, empowers, and moves among God’s people. When we learn to recognize the Spirit’s movement, our faith shifts from D3 into E3—becoming engaged, enlightened, and enamored by God’s love.
