The Night Cleaner - Both Endings

The Night Cleaner by Yamoto is a Japanese horror game in which we start a new job as the night cleaner in an office building, and our task is the clean each floor before our shift ends. But as we reach higher floors, things get weirder and spookier. Due to a crash mid-way through the game I had to sort out some PC issues and make some cuts to the video, but in the end I managed to cover both of the endings to the game, if anyone needs help particularly with getting the good ending. After recording, I did also do a test regarding giving the old guy the apple - this doesn't seem to affect the endings at all, and neither does the option when talking to the manager when you converse with him near the end. I am, however, still stumped by the "Smile" achievement, so if anyone else has any idea how to unlock that one I would love to hear it! Most of the other achievements are pretty straightforward and revolve around fully cleaning each floor (check those toilets!), and there's one for completing the final escape without getting caught.
