Yai was a great tour guide with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm. They first picked me up from my hotel. My hotel wasn’t listed on the drop down list of places to pick up, but after I booked the experience, I received a message from them confirming the tour via WhatsApp. It was at that time I was able to tell them the exact hotel and they proceeded from there. After they picked me up, we picked up a few others who were joining the tour. We made our first stop at a temple. Be sure to bring something to cover your shoulders and knees as respect. After stopping by several temples, we went to the lookout point which was a beautiful view overlooking the water. Be sure to buy a coconut ice cream cone. It was tasty. After the lookout point, we went to the elephants. And had a light lunch. If you will likely get hungry, you can bring something light or buy food from one of the shops during your stops. The elephants at this location were all rescued and they looked like they were being taken cared of. After the elephants, we went to another view point with the rocks, the mummified monk, and lastly the waterfall. Overall, I’d highly recommend this tour.
