I wouldn't say my parents raised me in the super traditional Asian way, but they did believe in making sacrifices when it came to doing something I was passionate about vs. doing something more profitable as a job. So to be able to show them that I can succeed doing something I love is very special to me. ✨ I put a lot into what I do and to see that people appreciate my efforts is truly the highest reward. Every time someone comments or snapchats me saying my videos helped them learn ____ technique or how to ____ , I'm like....damn. I really am affecting people. It's weird to think that I'm reaching people across the world. Because at the end of the day, it's not about the views or the numbers; it's about the lives I get to influence through my content.
