Biotechnology Pharmaceutics Pharmacology and Toxicology Pharmacy Practice 3-Eligibility Criteria For NIPER JEE Exam:- The candidates are required to have qualified the  Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) in a suitable subject area. 4-Admission Procedure Of NIPER :- Every year in June and July NIPER conducts national level entrance examinations for admissions to its follow programs :- M.S.(Pharm),M.tech,M.pharm,MBA(pharm) and PhD (Doctorate Degree) 5-Pattern Of The Exam :- There will be a total of 200 questions and the maximum time duration allowed is two hours Questions will be in multiple choice objective type formats based on B.pharm syllabus.  Each question carries one mark There will be negative marking for every wrong answer. Hence it is advisable to drop the question for which you are not sure about the answer. 6-PhD (Doctorate Degree) Programs At NIPER:- For PhD Programs , NIPER Ph.D. JOINT ADMISSION TEST is conducted Exam for doctoral program is subject and/or department specific Essential qualification :- Passing GPAT/GATE/NET for all disciplines. Pattern Of Exam :-The question paper will comprise of 200 multiple objective choice questions asked from the related subjects of B.Pharm and M.Sc. 7-Subject Wise Preparation Of NIPER Exam:- For NIPER , you have to cover the whole syllabus of GPAT / B.Pharm with special emphasis on 4 particular subjects A-Chemistry B-Pharmacology C-Biochemistry & Biotechnology D-Pharmaceutical Analysis 8-Other Subjects/Content To Be Prepared :- GK , Current Affairs, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, English Concepts , Recently Approved Drugs By USFDA 9-Basic Tips To Crack NIPER Take your watch along with you at examination hall. Make your GPAT preparation strong enough. A lot of questions asked on the subjects like organic chemistry , stereochemistry ,Biochemistry , Biotechnology , Microbiology and Genetic Engineering so prepare proper notes of these subjects. NIPER exam also contain the questions on Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) , name of the Polymers used in delivery system and their basic structure.
