I BOUGHT a 3.5 Ton Excavator for DIRT CHEAP on EBAY... What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

I came across this excavator on Ebay and it was dirt cheap, but also completely broken. Since i like a challenge, and i see it more as a learning journey this made sense to me to buy it. Eventually it seemed i was not even able to unload it, and was very lucky my neighbour wanted our trailer without the excavator. The machine is a 2,5 Ton machine with load sensing hydraulics. Build year is from 1989 and it's a Pel Job LS2000. Because of it's load sensing system it operates very well, precise and fast just like any new excavator. If it had not had it's load sensing system i would not have gone for this one. As you see the previous list of owners had not take too good care of it and basically only made use of the machine without ever giving it anything back until the machine died completely.
