The African Children’s Choir was in town this week and I had the chance to sit down with the director and two of the singers. The choir consists of 20 children from Uganda and they are touring the country to raise money for their education. The choir was founded in 1984 and has helped thousands of children go to school. Here are the questions I asked: How did the African Children’s Choir get started? What do you have to do to get into the choir? What is the purpose of the choir? What is your favorite thing about being in the choir? What are some of the challenges you face traveling all over the world with this many kids?
