You’re doing weighted calisthenics and you’re lost in the fluff of information you see online. You hopp from one program to the other, listen to one fitness guru to the other. You listen to one and the other is saying the complete opposite. . . . . If this is what you’re going through, this video is for YOU. . . I’m going to tell you how actually the best athletes train, explaining you the theory behind instead of just selling a cookie cutter program. . . . The point that I wanna get in this video is that no program is perfect. Everyone should listen to their body, try out different training methods, seing what works and what doesn’t and building the perfect workout routine for THEMSELVES over the years of trainings. . . . I for example know that I need high volume. Because I high slow twitch muscle fibers. I did 3x6 for 2 months when I was a beginner ans saw no progress, but when I implemented more volume, my progress just skyrocketed🚀. . . . Of course you shouldn’t be changing everything every week. You should wait a few months and see how ur body reacts. . . . (I tried doing more an educational video type, I feel like the video is way too short, because there is so much more I can say about Periodization.
